To expand manufacturing capabilities to meet higher working pressures of up to 400 Bar for cylinders, considering the availability of production facilities and exploring opportunities in defense/naval requirements for air and allied gases storage. Additionally, explore the manufacturing of accumulators for industrial hydraulic systems using existing facilities and investigate the feasibility of producing carbon composite high-pressure cylinders for future demand.

The manufacturing facility sprawls over 15 acres within the MIDC Umrer industrial zone with building size approximately more than 2 lacs square feet. Manufacturing Capacity of 3 lac cylinder per annum of various sizes. We operate cutting-edge machinery equipped with the latest technology which involves: a. Laser Cutting Machine – First ever in India for Pipe Cutting b. Automatic Spinning Machine – 8 nos for various sizes c. Automatic HQT machine d. Automatic Conveyor line for Powder Coating High Pressure Testing Facility available where Burst Test can be conducted upto 1200 Bar, HSST and ALT upto 750 Bar.
